Nature of the service
Lunara is an Artificial Intelligence-powered entertainment service. Every reading, daily message, tarot interpretation, compatibility analysis, and guide reply is generated by large language models provided by third parties (currently OpenAI). The operator is not a licensed astrologer, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, therapist, counsellor, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other regulated professional. No use of Lunara creates a professional, therapeutic, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. See the Terms of Service for the full description of the nature of the service and the known limitations of Artificial Intelligence content.
Merchant of Record
All payments on Lunara are processed and invoiced by Gumroad, Inc. as Merchant of Record. Gumroad handles billing, taxes (including EU VAT where applicable), receipts, and refunds. For payment-related issues, please contact us first at the email above so we can help coordinate with Gumroad on your behalf.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The service operator is willing to participate in an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure where legally required. For now, the fastest way to resolve any issue is to email us directly.
