The Three of Pentacles is the third card of Pentacles, the suit of earth. In the Rider-Waite deck, three people stand in a cathedral, reviewing plans, each contributing their expertise. This card is about collaboration, knowing you cannot do it all solo.
Upright
Upright, the card lands like a reminder that your work shines when you let others in. It's the late-night group chat that turns a daunting task into something doable. The card insists you share the load and the credit.
Reversed
Reversed, the Three of Pentacles shows up when you're not asking for help and it shows. The half-finished project and the frustration that no one else gets it. This card warns against going it alone when company is exactly what you need.
When it shows up
The Three of Pentacles typically appears when you're knee-deep in a project that needs more hands and minds to succeed.
